Nisarg Organic Farm was founded by a lifelong practitioner of cow-centric Vedic agriculture. With over two decades of soil-testing, crop-rotation, and organic breeding experience, our founder has been at the forefront of natural farming in India.
As a recognized authority on indigenous cattle breeds, our founder has authored the celebrated handbook “The Alchemy of Gir Cow Ghee,” detailing the nutritional, medicinal, and therapeutic properties of A2 bilona ghee prepared in earthen pots.
